Two friends, a shared love of green things, and a mission to make indoor gardening approachable for everyone.
Two friends, a shared love of green things, and a mission to make indoor gardening approachable for everyone.
A Hermit's Garden started as a shared hobby — a weekend project that kept turning into more terrariums, more succulents, and more people asking us to teach them.
So we did. What began as one-off sessions for friends and neighbors grew into a full plant-experience business serving workplaces, libraries, senior communities, and private events across Delaware County.
We're not a franchise. We're two guys in a garage in Garnet Valley who genuinely love this stuff, and we pour that into every single build, every single event, every single conversation.
We source plants locally, hire locally, and keep our carbon footprint small. Every dollar stays in the community.
No green thumb required. Our workshops are designed for first-timers, kids, seniors, and everyone in between.
We use recycled glass, biodegradable packaging, and compostable materials wherever possible.
We donate a portion of every workshop to local environmental education programs in Delaware County.
Let's make your next gathering the one everyone talks about.
